Basingstoke Golf Club has transformed and created one of the best clubs and courses in the South of England. The fabulous reimagined downland layout, engages and challenges every level of golfer and sits alongside the stunning new state-of-the-art Clubhouse and Driving Range. It welcomes you to its wonderful new Club this year.

The belfry wall still carries fragments of a 17th century inscription of the rules for seemly behaviour by the ringers.
The bells are still rung regularly by our local ringers & visiting groups. The All Saints Tower is affiliated to the Winchester & Portsmouth Diocesan Guild of Church Bellringers.

The Dummer Cricket Centre at Dummer Down Farm boasts three refurbished indoor net lanes & a playing arena with the addition of state-of-the-art Bola bowling machines to enhance your practice. It provides some of the best coaching available in the country through its team of resident ECB Level 3 coaches & guest coaches from the international and English first-class arena.
With it's new cricket Pavilion Dummer Cricket Club is an active club within the village. It currently has a Cricket Team with over 50 available players who play local teams on a Sunday. In 2017 we leased the Paddock at a peppercorn rent and in 2025, Sir Crispin Davies our landlord, generously built a superb pavilion. New players welcome. Contact via the clubs Facebook page.
Dummer has a qualified British Cycling ride leader and cycle coach. Check out the free Let’s Ride website (Let's Ride ) and Facebook page for any local rides, there are group, family and women only rides available. If you can’t find a ride that suits your needs please message Jane (07801 456419) who will happily organise a ride for you.

Started in 2024 the residents of Dummer Village regularly meet and socialise as part of the Dummer Lunch Bunch group.

Well equipped, Dummer Village Hall recently celebrated its 50 year anniversary. Previously known as the reading room and built as a wooden shack it was updated in 1975. The hall has resident dance and yoga classes and is available for private for hire. It regularly hosts village events from live music, plays and charity events.​
Situated tucked away at the back of Dummer Down Farm, Your Body Guru fitness studio is an ideal place to receive personalised fitness training and group classes. Qualified instructors provide 121 and group sessions on all apparatus and regimes.
