Breathwork Workshop Sunday 12/Apr at Dummer Village Hall

We all need time to STOP…and breathe.  To take a moment in our busy lives to listen to our bodies and connect with the messages it is sending us to maintain our wellbeing.  The problem is that all too often we don’t do this and then we become stressed, get aches and pains or get sick!

Join Liza, she helps people of all ages and walks of life but is particularly passionate about empowering care-givers of children on the Autistic Spectrum. Having continued to love and support her youngest son for the past 25 years, she knows from my own experience as a parent and carer, how important it is for you to allow yourselves to put your well-being needs first and have your energy overflowing before helping your loved ones and all others.
